#Error: “Exception error on entering the batch timesheets-object reference not set to the instance”.

Description: This error is a very exceptional error and occurs rarely. It means that it is an exception error i.e. when you are entering a batch timesheet, it may not be able to save the timesheet and your page will automatically close.

Solution:

  • The occurrence of this error is due to the default WIP code assigned to the staff member ‘User Installation’.
  • To resolve this error, you need to remove the default WIP code and leave that area blank.
